Hello, I am Jordyn!

Thanks for stopping by! I am so happy you are here taking the leap to find a good match for you and your needs.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working in the field of social work with various settings and clients. However, my passion is working with teens and young adults. I LOVE helping others process their thoughts, take on different perspectives, grow and truly find self-love within their authentic self. Whether you are navigating trauma, experiencing overwhelming emotions, anxiety, self-esteem and or relational challenges, my goal is to meet you where you are at and provide you with tools that can help you currently, as well as, equip you for future challenges too. I utilize an integrative somatic, holistic, and strength based approach. When working together, I ensure fostering resiliency while also challenging you to grow.

I strongly believe that the therapeutic relationship contributes significantly to therapeutic success. If you feel like we would be a good fit, let’s connect!

  • Hi I am Piper! I am a certified therapy dog and am lucky enough to join your sessions often. I am 4.5 years old and found myself about 2.5 years ago when I found my forever home. Trusting people was very hard and scary for me initially. I have come a long way!

  • When I am not in sessions, I love playing in the snow, digging in the trash, mountain biking, snuggling, going on walks, and napping.

  • I help create a familiar, calm, and nonjudgmental space filled with unconditional love and support. I can’t wait to meet you and be alongside you during your healing journey!

Areas of Specialties

  • Anxiety can show up in various ways and often lead to feelings of loss of control, persistent worrying and feeling as though your alarm system is constantly going off and sometimes for many false alarms.

Anxiety is the body’s way of being alert and in control to keep you alive. However, the body can’t decipher between true threats/danger and perceived threats/danger. Many cope with anxiety through avoidance and or fighting for control.
