Therapeutically Applied D&D

This group is a fantastic resource for teens and young adults who could work towards increasing social skills, decreasing anxiety (social or otherwise), increasing ability to collaborate with others, improving cognitive flexibility/decreasing rigid thinking, improving impulse control, improving executive functioning skills. This group is great for people who experience social anxiety, or have different neurodivergencies such as ASD, or ADHD, although it can be beneficially for a larger population.

No previous experiences playing DND is required, and new players are welcome.

Somatic DBT Skills Group

For college students experiencing challenges with managing stress, expressing emotions and feeling disconnected to themselves and others.

This group consists of 10 sessions that will meet every Tuesday from 10:15-11:45 virtually. The start date for this session is September 4, 2025 and will end on November 14, 2025.

Jordyn Russo, LCSW will be the facilitator for this group.

Nature-Based Mindfulness Group

This group will be held outside at Sterne Park in Littleton, weather permitting. This group is for middle schoolers focused on mindfulness, mental health symptoms, managing stress and social engagement and skill building.

This is an 8 week long group and will begin on August 9, 2025 and September 27, 2025 from 1:30-2:30pm every Saturday.

Jasmine Nix, LPC will be the facilitator of this group.
